can a person have jaudice with low/normal bilirubin levels?

can a person have jaudice with low/normal bilirubin levels,no autoimmune diseases or hep viruses? if no then what else can cause jaundice, the pancreas?

i have slight yellow eyes, my eye md noticed it, i also sufer from pale diahrea, my liver
shows rasied alt levels, but the bilirubin levels are low, havig my pacreas investigated soon, due to symptoms of pancreas.

Jaundice is caused from a high billirubin leve and cannot occur if these levels are normal.  Do you know someone who may be suffering from jaundice or a condition similar to it?
