Liver Ultra Sound Report - Help understanding please

Hi there, could someone please explain to me what this all means in layman's terms. Preferably one of the doctors that frequent these paged. I'd greatly appreciate it. From my understanding the two 7mm lesions are benign tumors? But I'm really not to sure about the 13mm lesions or the bile duct.

Findings:

2 small homogeneously echogenic lesions are identified in the central right liver lobe measuring 7mm respectively. A larger 13mm lesion with an echogenic  ring and central isogenicity hepatic parenchyma is seen in the lateral right lobe, likely in segment 7.
Gallbladder is unremarkable. The hepatic  duct is slightly enlarged at 5.7mm. The common bile duct is suboptimally  visualized due to bowl gas. Pancreases, spleen, kidneys, and midline great vessels are unremarkable. No free fluid or lymphadenopathy.

Impression:

* two 7mm echgenic lesions consistent with hemangiomas in an asymptomatic, otherwise well patient.  The 13mm segment 7 lesion does no demonstrate classic features of hemangioma. Correlation with liver MR may be appropriate in this instance.

* Slight dilation of the common hepatic duct and none visualization common bile duct. Bio Chemical correlation advised. This can be further assessed MRCP.

There are no doctors here.

" two 7mm echgenic lesions consistent with hemangiomas in an asymptomatic, otherwise well patient.  The 13mm segment 7 lesion does no demonstrate classic features of hemangioma. Correlation with liver MR may be appropriate in this instance."

Two lesions are harmless hemangiomas. The 3rd, 13mm lesion can not be identified as to what type of mass it is. A MRI should be done to determine what it is.

"Slight dilation of the common hepatic duct and none visualization common bile duct. Bio Chemical correlation advised. This can be further assessed MRCP."

The bile duct couldn't be seen due to bowel gas. So another imaging technique needs to be used to look for bile system problems.

Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) is a medical imaging technique that uses magnetic resonance imaging to visualise the biliary and pancreatic ducts in a non-invasive manner. This procedure can be used to determine if gallstones are lodged in any of the ducts surrounding the gallbladder.

All other organs and vessels (Pancreases, spleen, kidneys, and midline great vessels) are normal.

Get the other tests performed to find out what the 3rd lesion is and to see the common bile duct.
