Liver function results... very confused

It's been a tough few years with varying ailments/diagnoses. I've never had a complication or abnormality with my Liver. That stated, over the last 4 months, the tips of my fingers began to turn reddish and are now always that color along with swelling regardless for temperature. Recently, I was dx'd by a Dermatologist as having Paronychia. She placed me on an anit-fungal cream which landed no change. Then, she placed me on Theraprednisone or 6 days.  Still unchanged, so she prescribed Flucanazole (150 mg) one day dose then repeat on day three. No change after all of these medications. She then sent me to a Rheumatologist for further evaluation the following week after my last Dermatology appt. The Rheumatologist ran a series of tests but I'm confused as to the liver values as follows:

ALT Reference range 6-29.  My value was initially 31 then repeated 2 wks later with 33.
GGT R range 3-70. My value 19
GLUCOSE R range 65-99. My value 118
UREA NITROGEN BUN 18
Creatinine 0.81
eGFR NON-AFR 84
eGFR African 97
SODIUM 140
POTASSIUM 4.3
CHLORIDE 105
CARBON DIOXIDE 22
CALCIUM 9.8 PROTEIN 7.3
ALBUMIN 4.8
GLOBULIN 2.5
AST 25
Vitamin D, 25-OH, Total, IA 18Low
Hemoglobin A1c 5.4
URIC ACID 6.0
Creatine Kinase Total 103
TSH 2.04
SED rate 2

WBC 5.2
RBD 5.12
Hemoglobin 15.3
Hematocrit 45.3
MCV 90.4
MCH 29.9
MCHC 32.0
RDW 12.6
Platelet Cat 207
MPV 11.8
Absolute Neutrophils 3270
Absolute Lymphocytes 1398
Absolute Monocytes 388
Absolute Basophils 72
Absolute Eosinophils 75

Neutrophils 63
Lymphocytes 27
Monocytes 7.5
Eosinophils 1.4
Basophils 1.5
Ferritin 97
C-reactive protein 0.8
Sjogren's antibody (ss-a) NEG
Sjogren's antibody (ss-b) NEG
(CCP) AB (IGG) <16NEG

The Rheumatologist ruled out Rheumatoid Arthritis but is very suspicious of Psoriatic Arthritis. It came on so suddenly and without warning. Upon research, it appears these two conditions, Paronychia and Psoriatic Arthritis are commonly confused.

After discussing the lab results with the Rheumatologist, he didn't seem too concerned abut the ALT results at 31, but then ran them again two weeks later to see if they decreased but they actually increased to 33. If someone can assist or provide any insight, I'd greatly appreciate your time. My primary concern is the Liver values and whey they aren't decreasing, or why are they so high.

Thank you.
L
