Hi Semat -
Typically fatty liver infiltration's are uniform. So if yours is focal, lesion like, you should have a GI doctor (a specialist of sorts) take a look at things, just to be sure. When the fatty lesions are isolated, this usually indicated some type of insult/attack happening to your liver, and the fatty deposits are a by-product in the reaction process. There can be simple benign reasons as well, so nothing to be too concerned about. But a regular PMP may not have enough background to properly assess things.
I also have this under liver disorders. My computer must be wonky too
Lol
I thought this was the Liver Disorders Community, not the Substance Abuse Community
Is my computer wonky?
fatty infiltration of liver is reversible and many a time, does not require any treatment unless it interferes with the normal liver function. So, a healthy lifestyle would keep your liver healthy and disease-free. Following a healthy diet and an exercise regimen would certainly reduce the risk of fatty liver.
Hi there and Welcome to Medhelp. and the Addiction Substance Abuse Community. I noticed that you have had a lot of tests done, but it seems that the results have not been thoroughly explained to you. I think you should go in and consult with your doctor about all your results.
You've posted this result of your liver test in the Substance Abuse Community. Have you had any problems with Substance Abuse?
