My LFT TEST

Dear Sir,
My SGOT is 30 and SGPT is 38, My Alkaline Phosphtaste is 64, and GGTP is 63, AG ratio is 1.83, my biliarubamin is 0.4 and direct Bilerubamin is 0.2 and Indirect is 0.20. i am also a frequent drinker, is my liver is having problem, kindly advise my status of liver. recently i am non reactive for Hpatitis B, and C.

Hi I am glad you are not reactive for HCV or HBV.
Without seeing the ranges to know which are out of range I'm afraid I'm not much help.
Here our SGOT and SGPT is AST and ALT
Your numbers are slightly elevated for those however if you were drinking before the blood work or taking medication, that could explain it.  If you want to get a better reading you could try not drinking to see what the numbers would be.
In addition, everything you eat or drink has to be processed by the liver.
I have cirrhosis and have cut out red meat, fried foods as much as possible :) as well as lunch meat and processed food.  You could look up a liver healthy diet for more information or even a heart healthy diet.  Eating more vegetables and fruits could be and even bigger help as well as oatmeal and increasing your water intake,\
