Unremarkable post cholecystectomy liver ultrasound
Findings: The gallbladder is surgically absent. The common bile duct measures 6 mm. No focal liver mass. No ascites. The portal vein is patent with a velocity of 29 cm/s. Visualized hepatic veins are also patent. The pancreas was obscured.

Had a biopsy the only thing they found was stage one iron overload. I don’t understand why I am still have high liver enzymes and a positive smooth muscles Ab.  Please help.  Thank you
