I have a dull ache almost constantly i my Liver area specifically for almost 15 months. I had an Direct exposure with a female CSW 18 months ago. I don’t her status re any Infections.

I’ve had many symptoms that are Hepatitis like which have gradually disappeared but the two constants have been for the last year have been -

- Liver area ache (very obvious)
- a scalloped tongue which is coated every morning.

I have been tested for all STD’s multiple times upto one year post exposure including every marker for possible HBV and HCV.

All have been negative at all stages upto one year yet these symptoms continue. I know something is wrong but no expert to date has been able to identify what’s wrong.

My LFT’s and specifically my ALT rose from 15 to 50 and then back down over the course of that year. All else appears to be normal apart from a slightly elevated Amylase and RHeumatoid Factor.

I am wondering has ever experienced something similar and what their outcome was. Does any one know if any other possible causes I should explore which might impact the Liver?
