SGPT/ALT and SGOT

Hi Sir, My SGOT/AST is 50.4 U/L and SGPT/ALT is 104.5 U/L. Is it very much high? Please tell me the way to reduce it without medicine. My age is 25 and i m not regular drinker.

Hello, if you drink you need to stop. Do you take any medication? How is your diet? Everything we eat and drink has to be processed by the liver.  You might want to take a look at your diet to see if there are things that could be affecting your liver.  Even tylenol is not good for the liver though we all have to take something once in a while.
Have you spoken to your doctor? I would also look into a liver healthy diet.  Even a heart healthy diet would be good.
