Sudden hike in my SGPT Level and iam a non alchoholic

My sgpt level have been suddenly shows a hike of 200 and iam a non alchoholic and i used  anti biotics for throat infection while conducting test.and cholestrol also shows 300 .
What is the reason behind this

Antibiotics will cause spikes like this. It is normal so keep using your medication as needed. But have your doctor do followup liver panels blood work to make sure your liver returns to normal, as it should relatively quickly.
