What Liver disorder?

Recently did a blood test:

Moderately high ALT levels (50- considered normal) Test result:77
Low Neutrophil count (1.9+= normal) Test result: 1.7
No signs of diabetes (glucose and glucose post-meal is within normal range)

Symptoms I experience:
Occasional pins and needles (1-2 times a day at most) in hands or feet
Frequent Urination (excessive urge to urinate, not necessarily in amount)
Waking up during night with urge to pee but falls back asleep quickly.
Itchy skin
Tightness/cramped feeling in neck and head

Is there a specific liver disorder that encompasses these particular results/symptoms?

Hello,
The symptoms experienced by you could be related or may be not. Many conditions can cause high SGPT like liver inflammation, fatty liver, injury to the muscles, myocardial infarction, and acute kidney failure. Fatty liver is the common cause of elevated SGPT.Refrain from alcohol. Tingling and numbness can be due to nerve compression, nerve damage due to infection or injury, diabetes mellitus, alcohol overuse, vitamin B12 deficiency etc. Urinary tract infection, interstitial cystitis, bladder infection, urinary incontinence, an overactive bladder hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, diuretic drugs etc all can lead to a constant feeling to urinate and nocturia.See a physician and get evaluated for determining the exact cause of your symptoms. Keep me posted with more queries.
Best luck and regards!

Hi,
What other symptoms present and what  other diagnostic tests were done?  Urinary frequency and urgency usually suggests kidney issues such as urinary tract infection. Pins and needles sensation in the hands and feet may suggest neurological issues as well. Regarding liver conditions, itchy skin may also be a symptom. It is best that you discuss the results with your attending physician for proper evaluation. Results of additional diagnostic tests and physical examination are also important considerations. Take care and do keep us posted.
