elevated liver enzymes

due to a bout with what I thought was food poisoning and on occasion having indigestion, acid reflux and nausea once in while I decided to have lab work done...tested positive for H Pylori and my liver enzymes were elevated (350) I don't drink, don't take any medicines on a routine basis...for about a week I took Ibuprofen, rolaids and even dramamine. My vitamin d level was low (23). The Nurse Practitioner who ordered the lab work prescribed meds for H Pylori, which I am still taking....she said an ultrasound might be a good idea, but nothing ordered so far and has not been mentioned again....nothing yet for the low vitamin d...can't imagine  what is causing my blood work to be out of whack...I work full time, I am outside when it is warm...not really any symptoms other than my stomach being very sensitive at times...I had my gall bladder removed many years ago..I'm really nervous..should I be?

Check for celiac... if the test comes back negative check the score 4 neg. 10 positive  anything inbetween being weak-positive. I'm feeling better... I was also very low on vit. D which gluten destroys the gut and you can not absorb vitamins. GLUE-ten FRANKINWHEAT. takecare:)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
A detailed medical evaluation is necessary for appropriate diagnosis and management of your condition. If SGPT is persistently elevated, you need to be tested for liver disease. Get HCV, HCB tests done to rule out these possibilities. Many conditions can cause high SGPT like liver inflammation, fatty liver, injury to the muscles, myocardial infarction, and acute kidney failure. Fatty liver is the common cause of mildly elevated SGPT. Refrain from alcohol. See a physician and get evaluated for determining the above possibilities. Treatment will depend on the exact cause of your symptoms. Keep me posted with more queries.
Best luck and regards!
