Positive ANA and Elevated ALT & AST -HELP?

To start I'm a 39 year old pretty healthy female, I take a narcotic pain med for a shoulder injury and have taken it for 7 years. I started taking Topamax in July for consistent headaches. I had my gallbladder removed 22 years ago, no other significant problems. Otherwise, I eat fairly well, though admittedly only when I'm super hungry, I don't care about eating unless I have to. I do have a sedentary job for 12-16 hour shifts 3-5 days a week, I'm not overweight at all and live happy life.

Back in September (19th) while driving I suddenly felt like I was having a heart attack, started having chest pain, lead to trouble breathing, got really hot & clammy, then I vomited, which then lead to being freezing cold within moments while I waited for an ambulance. Rushed off to the hospital, by the time I got there I was 99% better and felt like nothing was wrong anymore. They ran a bunch of tests and found my ALT only 5 points higher than max normal range and my AST was 26 points higher than max normal. Nothing else of significance. All other blood work perfectly normal.

23 days later, EXACTLY the same thing happened again (minus the vomiting) while driving, again. Right down to feeling just fine before arriving at the hospital and I was only 5 minutes from the hospital that time, literally. This time my ALT was 20 points higher than max normal and my AST was 66 points higher than normal, but along with that there was also Glucose 22 higher than max normal and "slight" Hemolysis also. Again, I go home with no answers.

Then another 25 days later, EXACTLY the same thing, this time while I was walking through a open house, nothing significant. This time I had them take me to a different hospital because I felt like the first hospital wasn't doing enough to find answers. I don't have any online access to my blood results to that one, but the doctor was concerned enough about my Liver Enzymes he ordered an immediate ultrasound of my liver, nothing. He had expected some stones evidently. He told me to follow up with a GI.

I thought maybe it was Ferritin poisoning from a new Chelated Protein Iron tablet I had started, so I stopped them immediately.

Again, today another attack, 83 days since the last) While just laying in bed doing nothing. This time I didn't go to the hospital, clearly they aren't able figure anything out and I'm calling the GI on Monday anyway for an appointment to discuss my results.

After I met with the GI he ordered a ton of tests and an MRI to see my liver better. The MRI confirmed no stones.

However, the tests are as such:
ALT: 7 IU/L (normal 10-40)
AST: 15 IU/L (normal 10-40)
Smooth Antibody Screen: 1:20 (normal is less than 1:20)
ANA Screen: Positive
ANA Screen Comment- Screen for dsDNA , Smith, RNP, Sm/RNP, SSA (Ro), SSB (La), SCL 70 , Jo 1, centromere, chromatin, and ribosomal P antibodies.

So my question is, does anyone have any experience with any of these kind of symptoms and did it lead to any real answers? Does anyone have any idea what these results could mean? Of course I'm googling things and freaking myself out but I am staying calm and want to stay optimistic. I wouldn't be surprised if it's an autoimmune disease of some sort, my daughter has Celiac Disease and certainly inherited from somewhere.

Any other thoughts? Suggestions?
