slightly higher ALT / AST

Just wanna some advise & comment on my recent blood test result.
I received slightly higher no. ALT & AST on my liver function test.

December 08 result
AST/ALT within range

March 09 result
AST - 50       (0-40 U/L)
ALT - 88        (3-40 U/L)
GGT - 60       (0-50 U/L)

My doctor said it was fatty liver and it caused due to lack of exercise and un-controlled diet.
He told me not to worry and just keep good diet & exercise a lot.
Is it true??
FYI, all my Hep A, B & C Ab tests were came back negative.
How to lower down my ALT/AST no. ??

Thanks for your advise.

i never get higher value from my previous blood tests.
Usually those values are within the range.
Just curious about any liver disease or etc.

Thanks again for your advise.

Yes, it's true. Fatty liver is often associated with weight. If you are overweight losing weight and exercising would be the right approach and may well result in lower numbers.
Good luck,
Mike
