the feeding should not cause rejection directly but in theory it could potentially affect the absorption of the immunosuppressive medication which can lead to rejection. rejection is very common during this time period and should be easily treatable.

it can be a big problem as it can be resisitant to most antibiotics--VRE. length of treatment is predicated on the resistant profile of the isolated bacterium.
