After liver transplant

My sister's son had a liver transplant about a month ago,and with some crisis he was doing well.A couple a days ago they started feeding him with baby food, but a problem apeard, body started refusig the organ. The doctors said that the reason for that can be baby food, because intestines can't keep and process the needed level of Prograf and because of that occurs rejection. Is this posible to happen because of the feeding?

the feeding should not cause rejection directly but in theory it could potentially affect the absorption of the immunosuppressive medication which can lead to rejection.  rejection is very common during this time period and should be easily treatable.

it can be a big problem as it can be resisitant to most antibiotics--VRE.  length of treatment is predicated on the resistant profile of the isolated bacterium.
