Whay would they be running these labs?

My daughter had a liver transplant in sept  her AST and ALT have been running high there back and forth every week.  This week there adding IGA, CPK, TTG to her weekly labs.  What are these and why are the running them?  She has had alot of biopsys to rule out rejection or any viruse there all clean.  Now there saying something about more biopsys of other organs and doing a scope to,  IS there something else seriously wrong with her?

this may be a plasma cell hepatitis which would respond to steroid therapy, which may be should be attempted empirically

She had Biliary atresia.  ON the 19th they were AST 188, ALT 431,GGt  61.

thesae are blood tests that are run to work up abnormal liver tests that have no known etiologhy.  What was she transplanted for and what are the latest lab valkues?
