hepatic adenoma

Hi, I had surgery in 2009 to remove a large hepatic adenoma from my liver. They had to remove a portion of my liver with the tumor. I have been having extreme pain on my right side by my liver. I got a CT scan & they found a lot of scar tissue on my liver & they also found a cyst. Could the scar tissue and/or cyst be causing that pain?

i dont think that the scar tissue is causing the pain as mjuch as maybe its within the incision.  Is the pain a recent development or has it been present since 2009?
