11mm nodule cancer fear

I went to the er a couple of nights ago with chest pain. They did a Ct and found a 11mm nodule and bilateral plueral effusion. I am 24. I have horrible anxiety and I am terrified that I have cancer. I can barely function I am so scared. I am setting up an appointment to see a pulmonologist. What are the chances that a
24 year old has lung cancer?

Not common at all, I'd take the radiologist's findings as good news thus far.

I forgot to ask originally, but did the radiologist's report indicate a Lung-RADS category for the nodule?  My guess would be that the pulmonary specialist might order a PET/CT scan as a follow-up.  Post back up how this goes, and don't let any fears get the best of you.

Idk what that is. All the report said was 11mm nodule. Bilateral plueral effusion and hilar Adenopathy. I am so terrified that it's cancer. I can't focus on anything else. The radiologist wrote in the report most likely infection/inflammation. Is lung cancer common in my age?

Done with contrast. No calcification.

CT scan done with, or without contrast?  Also, did the nodule indicate calcification?
