4 lymph nodes on CT Scan Also suffer from Auto Immune Disorder Can this be related?

I have been suffering from a auto immune disorder in my eyes called Acute Uveitis. This is were the white blood cells attach the optic nerve and cause severe inflammation, well I went and had a CT of my chest because I have pretty bad COPD and Emphysema, CT of chest came back as
16 mm subcarinal lymph node, 13 mm aortopulmonary lymph node, 10mm hilar lymph node and 9mm precarinal lymph node. IMPRESSION: Prominent mediastinal lymph nodes. NOW, is this from the Auto Immune Disorder and we now can place a diagnosis on this such as Sarcoidosis? Or is this related to the severe COPD and Empyesema that I suffer with? I smoked for 20 some years. Recently quit. I am so scared because everything I am reading is coming back with that this is Cancer, Lymphoma.  Other symptoms I get but ONLY when I have a flare in my eyes-drenching night sweats, weight gain, severe I mean severe fatigue, severe headaches leg cramping.  Once my Flare in calmed down all these disappear.  I don't get it I am scared and confused. I see my Pulm dr on 05.02.18 someone give me some light?????? All of my normal blood work was good other than my tryclycirides were elevated.
