Does anyone have knowledge of PET scan reports?

I am currently living in Quebec (and the healthcare system here is quite, how do I say this gently... unique) I was having trouble getting the pulmonologist I was sent to to give me answers concerning my PET scan (I've had 3 siblings die from cancer so I am quite concerned, as well as I had cancer as a child) so I took matters into my own hands and picked up a copy of the report. But I have always heard an uptake of 2.0 (SUV) in lung lesion (mine is upper right lobe) was generally considered malignant. But here, is the portions of report that pertain to my lung translated into english as best as I could:
Thoracic:

The known bilobe pulmonary nodule shows a weak metabolic activity with an initial SUV index of 2.8 which increases to 3.5 in the late phase. This bilobular nodule is still solitary. A ganglion is hypermetabolic in the pulmonary hile drift, SUV 2.8. No hypermetabolic ganglion on the left pulminar. Absence of adenopathy worrisome to mediastinum.

Impression:

The known right lung nodule shows significant metabolic activity. the observed scintigraphic aspect does not allow to formally eliminate a possible neoplastic nature. A weakly hypermetabolic ganglion is incidentally observed in the ipsilateral pulmonary hilum.

If anyone has any insight on this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
