Follow up Ct/Pet scan 17 mm perfissual nodule

i had a recent follow up et scan on a perifissual nodule that has grown in my  left upper posterior lung 17n mm along with a cavitating nodule in my right lower lung13mm. there was a positive suv of 2.3 on the left nodule and a solid 2 suv not positive on the right. can someone tell me if i am looking at a stae 4 lung cancer if the other nodule does continue to increase in uptake on a future scan. I am awaiting pulminolohist review and further diagnostic referral.

You have quite a few suspicious findings though and am hoping that you  get clarity from your doctor.  Please let us know.
