Odd sensations in left lung, could it be lung cancer?

Two months ago I had an episode where I was severely nauseous with pain in my chest.  At the ER  they ran a slew of tests and "determined" that I had bronchitis and high BP.
Since, the conditions became mild but is back again.  I am constantly dizzy, nauseous, fiery burning pain in my left lung, tingling sensation when I press (as in rubbing the pain area) of my left breast. I also feel a dull pain and burning down the back of my left arm sometimes.
It's got me freaking out.  Despite all the tests they did at the ER to rule out heart attack and the such, I really am fearing lung cancer.
I have a semi decent amount of mucus coughing up, but I dont cough at all.
Insurance ran out, we are forced into a different world until we can get things straight, so a doctor is out of the question.  Can anyone assist?

@kd8ufz look into medical providers that accept "self-pay" without involving insurance. I have been getting annual low-dose CT (LDCT) scan screenings for lung cancer since 2014, and starting in 2017 Medicare starting allowing this without a copay for certain at-risk individuals. Most other insurers do as Medicare does, and for a couple of years in 2017 and 2018 my insurer approved them. This year however  they rejected it solely on the basis that it had been >15 years since I reported having quit smoking. I want it done anyway (with my doctor's approval by the way), so I found a couple of imaging facilities that offered it on a self-pay basis. $150 for it this year on April 2, worth every penny.

Fantastic.  Thank you.  I will look into this.  I seen a report on the news one evening that talked of more and more doctors going over to "the old ways" where they come to your house for straight cash and see the entire family at once.  If they need anything they send you off somewhere to get it done.

Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums.  Thanks for your question.  We really do recommend that you see a doctor.  It's hard when finances are tight and there isn't insurance or a medical system in place to cover expenses, but nothing substitutes for this evaluation. While it may not be cancer, perhaps you need to treat an infection or the blood pressure issue. What you describe could be angina pectoris. It's in your best interest to see a doctor and they do sometimes work out payment plans.

Thank you kindly.  Perhaps fear and the abundant Google pages returned by such fearful searches are the very thing that one should attempt while mindful.
I do intend to follow up with a physician as soon as finances allow.
