noncalcified lunch nodules and very low lung volume

I am a 22 year old male. About a month ago i went to the emergency room for extremely bad abdomen pains. They gave me a ct scan of the abdomen and could not diagnose my problem. They called me back the next day and said that they had seen a mass on the lower lobe of my right lung. I went to my primary doctor about this, and she got me worried, then sent me to get a full chest ct scan. The scan came back and it found 3mm non-calcified nodules scattered throughout both lung fields.  Last week i finally was able to see a specialist, and he said to not worry about them, that they are probually scar tissue. He told me to come back in a week to get a breathing test done. I did the test and he was confused to find that the volume of my lungs were "very very" low(60..he said the normal was between 90 and 120) I dont know why this would be. He gave me a Rx to go get a heart test(ecg?)and blood work done. He also wants me to do a follow up ct scan asap. My symptoms and as follows: Very short of breath, i find myself trying to catch my breath for no reason and or when doing something like standing up, feeling pressure on my lungs, randopm fatigue, fatigue after small amount of exursion, Dizzy when bending over, light headed when i take a few deep breaths, or bending over. The shortness of beath is becoming very uncomftorable. It feels like someone is sitting on my chest, or im trying to breath into a pillow. Unfortunatly I have been a smoker for about 9-10 years. If you could please let me know what you think i would really appreciate it! Thank you for you time and advice
