Hi Good day!
I am 29 yrs old female with 2 children and married, I smoked wayback 2009 for 1 yr only, Im not heavy smoker that time then I quit year 2010. This october 2018 I've been cough on and off first I consult to physician she said I have plegm she diagnose me of starting to pneumonia, then I start meds for antibiotic for 7 days but unfortunately I skip 1 day so the doctor said she add 1 more day to continue antibiotic. Then I felt better i didnt cough but after 5 days I cough again with plegm so I go back to another physician to check why my cough came back again. She said I had pneumonia so she request xray ap and pa view. Then after 2 days I got my result said. Steaky infiltrates of leftlobe ap view shows well define nodule in right perihilar most likely right nipple not visualized in Pa view. Impression: Pneumonitis left lobe. Then I showed it to my doctor she said possibly tb or worst is cancer. Thats why Im so depressed I dont know what to do that time she is suggesting me to ctscan to know if its tb or something serious. Im scared please help me.

Not a doctor, but I suggest you have the CT scan to resolve the issue.  There are many causes of pulmonary nodules, and "well defined" often means good news, but the scan and subsequent radiologist's report will be well worth having.
