Do I have Lupus or RA?

Hi all,

I just received my test results back and am wondering if any of you could help me indicate if I likely have Lupus or not.

ESR:  26 mm/hr
RF:  Positive
RF Quant:  160IU/mL
SS-B:  .7 Al
SS-A:  >8.0 Al
Total Protien:  8.8 g/dL
Globulin:  5.1 g/dL
BUN/Crea:  18.5
Albumin/Globulin ration:  .7
Absolute Neutrophils:  1.9 K/uL
RBC UA: 2-5/HPF
Squamous Epithelial UA:  2+/LPF

I also have extreme dry mouth, dry eyes, joint pain, had 3 surgeries on joints. I am a female and 28 years old.
