Hello and welcome to the forum.  I apologize for the delay in response.  How are you now?  Are you still experiencing achy joints and have you seen your doctor.  Working with your physician is always best.  As to early symptoms, they are different and unique to every person.  But in general, achy joints particularly in the morning is an early sign of Lupus.

You give some testing information. If you could tell us more about that, it would be appreciated in order to try to help.  You are saying you had a positive ANA test  1:80?  That is elevated but that positive ANA result  1:80 is found in 10 to 15 percent of healthy people.  So, we can not assume anything from that number specifically.  By the way, 1:80 is in reference to the titer.  https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/what-is-an-antinuclear-antibody-test#1
