Negative ANA test??

For the past 4 years I have been experiencing a multitude of symptoms but my countless trips to the doctors have left me with no explanations. I am extremely fatigued and find it IMPOSSIBLE to get out of bed some mornings, have been to the doctor for a ton of rashes that just come and go, severe anxiety and depression and even was sent to a psychiatric hospital back in November, frequent low grade fevers, excrushiating daily, muscle and joint pain, chest pain, heart pain, kidney pain, rynaunds disease, extreme dizziness and headaches, very sensitive to sun (i cant spend more than an hour or so outside without symptoms), and really bad nauseau. This is all stuff I have gone to several different doctors for each symptom, but no one has figured me out. A couple weeks ago a friend of mine said it looked like I had the butterfly rash, so I googled it and then came across lupus. I felt tjat maybe this could finally be the explanation, so I called my doctor to see if she agreed. She gave me an ANA test, but I found out yesterday it came back negative which leads me here today. Could I still have lupus??
