What is wrong with me... anyone experence the same thing

I already have pre existing health problem: Hashimotos autoimmune disease, hypothyroidism, neuropathy, depression and anxiety, heart condition

Here are my symptoms for the past 3 daysBut

I don't feel well. I am hot, I don't have a fever, I feel like i have heart burn, my face is red, I am not breathing well, kind of a tightness in my chest, my nose is tingling, my arms are tingling, I am nauseated, I have a metal taste in my mouth, my hands are swelled, and I am not sleeping well

I have no appetite

Maybe I am deficient
Like b or salt or patassium or magnesium

Yea maybe but I am sleeping like six hours a day... but for the past two days it has been awake asleep awake asleep... this has happened before not being able to sleep but I never had this feeling happen to me

I am hot like extremely burning up but I have no fever

Started a few days ago... it’s probably just stress and being tired

This was texted to my mother... that is why it looks more conversational

Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums. Thanks for your question.  Anytime you have chest pains, we recommend you are seen right away by a doctor.  Your symptoms seem sudden in onset, please let us know if you are still having them.  They do all fall under symptoms of the autoimmune condition of lupus but a doctor will need to rule out other issues as well.  Here's an overview of Lupus for you to read. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/lupus/symptoms-causes/syc-20365789.

Let us know how you are doing and if you have been to the doctor.
