You should listen to your body, if your health is okay to travel, let's go. But if you think that this travel will trigger your disease, be carefull because a lupus flare during traveling may affect happy moments and distueb other people. You can consult with your doctor to make sure you're healthy during your trip.

I've read many articles and stories about lupus as my husband has this disease. Here're things my husband applied to reduce chronic fatigue, hope they can be useful for you:
- Think positively
- Take more rest, espcially after working
- Get enough sleep. Since diagnosed with lupus, he goes to sleep early at 9 pm
- Take stress management techniques, such as massages and taking deep breath
- Eat more healthy diet: berry fruits, leafy green vegetables, lean meat and seafood
- Avoid caffein, alcohol, packaged and processed foods
- Take supplements. He's taking vitamin B12 complex and Lupufree supplements to deal with fatigue, joint pain, and loss of appetities
- Seek supports. I always encourage him to tell what he's thinking, maybe I can share his troubles and reduce his stress. So, you should also seek supports if you really need
For travelling, I think it's okay to travel with lupus as long as you feel better. But be careful with flare ups. Because of moving often during travelling and sun exposure, you've high risk of developing lupus flares. So, you should ask your company about travelling plan to give decision
