Does this sounds as Lyme Disease?

Hello.
I do not know how to start this post. However, I will try to list all symptoms that I have experienced over the last two months. Can you please tell me weather someone has experienced similar symptoms. Your help would be really appreciated , as I feel devastated and scared as I do not understand what is going on with my body. So, my symptoms are:
-  It all started with crazy vertigo ( I was standing still and suddenly felt that I will collapse). I run upstairs to bathroom in order to put some cold water in my face, to get better. However, my heart started to race very fast (almost 180), and my legs felt numb. After my mum called ambulance (they checked my heart and it all was fine). This vertigo when I stand still continuous even until now (when I walk it is all alright - just when i stand still- anywhere in home; outside etc)
- Waking up with nights with shortness of breath and racing heart ( This happened just one week).
- Crazy twitching all over the body ( Twitching all over the body has almost stopped)
- Some weird tongue tremor or twitching ( I dont even know what it is)
- Difficulty swallowing some foods ( but no choking or anything like that)
- Buzzing feeling on feet and knees
- Dizziness
-  Back of Tongue  and sometimes all tongue covered with weird whitish/yellow coating
- Sudden yest infection ( huge amount)
- Blurred vision (never got issues with eyesight)
- Floaters in eyes (Like warm time things (formed from tiny circles); Smoke type floaters; Like lines in a middle with circle things). This is confirmed by my eye doctor , who checked my eyes yesterday ( He could not explained what it is and refereed me further to eye clinic)
- Double vision ( For example, I look for few seconds on bright light and than I can see blue/green coloured things/ objects
- some crazy red and bluish patches appear on skin and disappear over the day
- fluctuating body temperature over the day
- Sometimes feeling pressure in ears without any reason ( feeling like fly in air plane)
- Feeling like I am going crazy ( Happened twice)
- Cant thing logically ( like brain fog)
- Sudden feeling that hand goes numb
- Feeling of fainting
- Do not feel pains on blisters/ wounds

I have had a lot of those symptoms starting four years ago after a tick bite. First with me was vertigo. Had an attack roughly a week after a tick bite. Then another attack 11 months later which led to another attack 6 months later. After that it went to every couple of months to every 5 days. And then they suddenly stopped. Each attack was unique in its own way.

Fatigue, headaches, muscle spasms, vision disturbances, brain fog, memory issues, hearing loss, and mood swings all happened within this time frame also.

Multiple doctors said I was a mystery. A neurologist said I had silent migraines and prescribed medication that just made me worse.

Had an equivocal lyme test by Quest Labs ordered by my ENT. Tried antibiotics for 3 weeks and felt the same. Requested a list of doctors from ILADS and found a LLMD that I really like. Tested through IGENEX. Positive for Lyme Disease, and also have been exposed to bartonella and babesia. Started a natural approach and hoping for the best.

Everyone's symptoms can differ and throw in co-infections and it's hard to wade through everything. Hopefully you can find a knowledgeable doctor that can help you through your maze of symptoms. I had given up a few times and decided to quit searching and live with it. But not feeling well was too much to ignore. Good luck! Hope you find some answers

You are not alone!! I have been experiences pretty much half of your symptoms over the past 2 months along with some other different ones. I am also curious as to what I could have but I did have lyme disease in the past and my lyme doctor believes that even though my test results this time around came back indefinite that it may still be lyme. I cannot tell you for sure though because I know most people suffering from lyme feel tired all the time, have awful joint pain, suffer from memory loss, and other symptoms which with both don't seem to have but I think it wouldn't hurt for you to send your blood to Igenex to get yourself tested. Good luck!! Hope we both figure it out
