has anyone had these symptoms.

Maybe a couple weeks ago or so, i can't remember I was pulling out a ton of weeds in my backyard.. tons of vines etc... I noticed like a little scratch on my inner forearm.. with a little scab and slightly raised.. Didn't think much of it.. . As the days past i noticed i was getting itchy and seeing bumps on the inner part of my forearms, and i figured i must have been infected with poison ivy or something..  It just kept getting worse, now its swollen etc.  Its spread to my sides.. a little on the shoulder etc,, but the worst areas are my forearms..  I went to the urgent care and got it looked at because the area where i had that scab almost looks like a bulls eye rash..  She didn't think it was lyme disease... I received some hydrocortisone and cephalexin 500mg,,  Here is a picture below of my rash..  Any opinions, or experiences similar to mine..
