Ouch! I can't tell who is tougher, you or your dog!
I find that when I am feeling Lyme-ish, my nerves are very sensitive to shocks of all kinds. If it gets worse or doesn't go away, you might think to see the doctor, okay?
Take care!! J.
well yesterday [Thursday] - the day after the 'onion' herxy feeling - I felt a lot worse, increased anxiety, pain, bloating etc; at one point I thought I was going to pass out.
Here's an odd thing - [nothing to do with onions] - one of my 'hard headed' dogs [bull terriers!] - managed to hit me in the jaw with his head, it sent an odd sensation into the top of my head, then whilst I was trying to fall of to sleep that night,[hours after the 'head butt'], I had like a 'jolt' right in the area my dog had 'butted' me, I hadn't had any pain from it, in fact I had forgotten all about it untill the very odd 'jolt', it was something like an electric shock I guess. I have no pain/soreness in my jaw.
Wierd!!
I think I've read that onions have some of the same antibacterial effect that garlic does.
(Hmm, that makes me hungry ... ! Time for a snack.)
