to clarify if CD8-/CD57+Lymphs" is different name of CD57+NK

Hi, I took the blood test for "CD57+NK for chronic Lyme", but test results I received are listed like "CD8-/CD57 + Lymphs". Which looks like wrong type of CD57.   I just need to clarify if "CD8-/CD57 + Lymphs" is just a different name of "CD57+NK".   Please advise
P.S. This is why I ask: "It is important to note that there is a difference between CD57+ T-cells and CD57+ NK cells. Make sure your doc is testing the CD57 involving NK cells, which are the ones that correlate with chronic Lyme disease."
