Can AV block cause leg edema and then just disappear?

I wonder that, cause when i had acute phase of Lyme i had severe bilateral leg swelling, pitting edema, a sign of kidney or heart failure. Yet it did resolved itself over time. What it was. Most probably it was cause by Lyme but there is no visual signs on chest X-ray or significant changes in EKG.

Basically they were temporary signs of CHF that did disappear. Is it common Lyme symptom?

Sorry, no idea.  A doctor would have to answer that.
