What other co-infections should I be tested for?

I had a Lyme test come back positive about two weeks ago. I have been on antibiotics for about two weeks and have a follow-up doctor's appointment tomorrow morning. What other co-infections should I ask my doctor to test for? Is there anything else I should bring up at this appointment? I know almost nothing about Lyme and was very, very shocked when the initial test came back positive so appreciate any suggestions.
