Any1 here an LVN or a nurse?

Ok first i need to know how hard is it to get accepted into the program? i already read the fine print not every student accepted but im sure as heck ready to fight for this if i have to im tired of being stepped on! BUT i also have a student loan just finding a scholorship to let me in will be a challenge in and of itself! AND THEN yeah its gets better the LVN program is an hr away!! How the heck shall i commute that much each day? i dont think my vehicle can take the abuse!! Im just wondering is all this trouble actually gonna be worth it? i talked to the financial people and im just more confused and im not about to make another 10K$$ mistake! I want to do it if its worth it but if not i should know the downfalls now!

If you want to, just sign up for it, see how it goes and maybe they have online classes you can take too. Not all in class lectures. IVs actually aren't all that hard to do, they teach people really well with the robotic people in the lab.

Any nursing program is competitive. Though a lot of it depends on where you live, what school you want to go to, etc. I know that a bunch of the nursing schools near me have a waiting list to get in. It's difficult. Is there another school that is closer? I think you'd get burnt out driving back and forth for 2 hrs each day. I commute half the time and it gets old fast! I hate having to drive so much to go to school. Personally, I wouldn't go to that school.
