Does your boyfriend/husband help with the kids?
My kids are mostly grown up now but no I didnt get help when they were young ..and I was running a business,infact they all made a mess and left it for me to clear up which dumb cluck that I was, then... I did .Well I had had enough so I got a woman in to do it. ha ha, that .shut everyone up ...If you are having this problem let them live in the mess,wash their own clothes, cook their own meals, at least the ones old enough to do it,, they may learn you are not a dogsbody
