Our Little Quirks :)

Ok, we all have them. Let's spill it. What are some of your little quirks? I got to thinking about this as I'm sneaking into the Easter candy and realized that I eat the Skittles and Jelly Beans by color groups, lol. I also will search a whole tortilla bag for the chips with the most salt or the one with the bubble. I like the bubble. :)

well I need to get my complete outfit ready the night before for anything , be it school or work. I also need to have anything possible ready for the start of my day for example backpack ready, all homework in order etc...I am very anal about most things typing slow and without errors is not one of them....my brain goes a thousand miles a minute and my fingers go 36 wpm.

I can't deal with a nasty sink full of toothpaste!  How hard is it to rinse the *#@$ sink when you spit the toothpaste out?????  GEEEEEZE!  YUCK!

AND, leave the freaking toilette seat D-O-W-N!!!!

I hate being on hold for 5 minutes... especially when I'm calling my insurance company and have to verbally give them my SSN or other information and then they ask me for the same information when I finally get a live person !

Mike/Angel...I am the same way with money.  It MUST all be facing the same direction.  Like Angel, I worked in a bank for years and I hear you about messy teller drawers.  Drove me nuts to audit.

  The clothes in my closet have to be facing the same way, and spaced just right. The towels in the bathrooms have to be folded just right or they don't look right. One towel can make the whole cabinet look trashed.......:)

the rolls of paper towels and toilet paper must be hung properly and roll from the top. i will fix the roll if i can get to it. some places you can't. don't forget to clean the lint screen!

oh man i dunno im sure i have lots! let's see i dont really like more than 3 dishes in the sink im convinced if they pile up i ll get roaches in my house! I can't stand to leave clothes in the dryer as soon as the buzzer goes off im up grabbing and folding! And i also cant the trash over filling even a lil bit i just hate picking it up if it falls over that means i left it too long LOL!! Oh and i hate when my DH uses stuff in the kitchen thats not for its intended purpose lol like using my freezer scraper for a spatula or my tupper ware to make soup!

When i hang out my clothes and bedding on the clothesline they have to be arranged properly.  Cant have a pair of pants and then a shirt.....Has to be in order......I see other peoples clotheslines and they hang whatever they pick up...I want to stop and rearrange their lines........

I'm the same way with my money.  I think it comes from working in a bank all through hs and college.  I hated it when people left their teller drawers in disarray.  I used to audit the drawers every month...it was absolute torture going through some of those drawers...

I have the same issue with my shoes and belt or shoes and shirt.  I must match all those and also match my socks with my shirt.  I clean homes for people and my hat must match my shirt and shoes.  This may sound crazy but at least I know that there is someone else as crazy about it as I.

I pay all of my daily expenses - meals, groceries, tips etc with cash so I usually have many bills with me. My money has to be folded with all of the bills arranged with the same side showing and facing in the same direction and in ascending order - the smallest denominations visible on the outside and the highest denomination $100s on the inside. I am obsessive about this and, after receiving change, I must arrange the bills properly before I can leave the establishment.
My belt must match my shoes (in color and usually in material - suede shoes with a suede belt, for example) and my shirt color must match my socks color - black, brown, blue, blue, yellow and ecru.

April:  I'm with you about prefering the bubble in the chip.  Except in my case, the chip is plain Lay's.  I also search the bag for the bubbled ones.  My very favorite of all, is when two or more chips are stuck together!

PrettyKitty1:  Regarding M&M's, I use to pick out the brown ones.  They were my favorite of all.  When they replaced it with another color, I was really upset about it! Lol  Now, I had the delima of being "forced" to choose another favorite and I DIDN'T WANT TOO!  I wanted my brown M&M......so, I went to the orange one. :  (

I'd say one of my quirks would be:
1. People who drop by unannounced.  
2. My mom-in-law taking every single holiday and feeling offended when I would like to do a holiday.

I only eat green m&m's.
I have to eat the crust off my sandwhiches then finish them by eating at it in a perfect square.
I have to wash my hair everyday.
I alphabetiz my canned goods, dvd's, and dry boxed goods.
I hate when people don't remove their shoes at the door.
I never answer my phone unless it's my dh, I let people leave a message then I call them back.
I read at least 3 books at once.(I have to have more than one book going at a time, or I get bored)
I have a really bad habit of remove my leg hairs with tweezers...I know I'm crazy.  I'll go a week without shaving just so I can do this.

When I am eating anything I must save the best for last.  On a plate I must rotate between the foods and divide them evenly having my favorite be the last thing I eat.  My favorite donut is a bostom cream.  I eat all around the outside and save the cream for last.

It drives me nuts to have any kind of sore, zit, dried skin, etc. on my body that is not flat - I must scrape it off and causes me lots of scarring and blood.  I can't stop this!

I cannot sleep unless I lay on my left side first for a few minutes then I roll over to my right.  

I am very particular about loudness and temperature.  I will continually adjust sound up or down to my perfect spot and in the car the temperature and fan is always being adjusted to keep me just right.  This drives others crazy.
