Well I am back

Hey to all of you !! Well I have been down for sometime and thinks got the best of me I just could not take life as it was.. Dosent make since I know there is a word for it?/ DEPRESSION!!!  It is still kicking my *** but I am on better meds and I am finally back home after my stay in the hospital.. Yes I was thinking the unthinkable is that a word? LOL
Sorry I left some of you wondering I will ease my way back in to the posting thing but for now I am going to try and enjoy life a little bit more.. I hope you all understand..

Oh Happy Day!  I'm so glad you are back and feeling somewhat better!  Keeping hanging in there and know that God loves you!  I'm hearing hope in your words and that makes me happy!  When you get a chance, please email me and stay in touch!  I've missed you!  You've been in my prayers!

I am so overjoyed that you reached out to God and saw/knew that He was reaching out to you.  What a neat experience, Alien!!!  So glad you are back.  What a great thing for both your families.  You have been missed.  Not nearly as much mischief around here...

What you have said makes sense to me. Its weird isnt it? I know exactly how you are feeling but yet someone who isnt having those thoughts or feelings just dont really understand. I am here for you if you need me. GOD dosent forget people like us he understands I think thats why he reached out to me. PM me anytime if you like I truely undestand how you feel and the bad thoughts that come across like a racing car and yu cant slow it down correct??

Glad to hear you are back. I can so relate to what you said above. I do not know your situation and that doesn't matter. the fact that you DID reach out to hand that is able to lift you up and out, no matter how far you have gone. See I was in a place like like that 2 1/2 years ago. I let him pull me up and then I let go just bfore I reach the top, thinking that now I can climb out alone. How foolish I am. Reading what you wrote has made me see clearer, what I already know. Hopefully, I will listen. I am so tires of this up and down. I am so afraid that one day I will say forget it just let me falll on down and leave me there. Does this make sense. Our minds can play some strange things on us and even stranger if we allow them to. I am speaking for myself here. Back to the point....Glad to hear you are back on the mend. Take the time you need for yourself and your family and remember we are here for you and praying for you.

welcome back my friend...we all worried and missed you...Yes you do have two families..we all do I think many of us are so greatful for the MH support....you do whats best for YOU ..post a bit or take some time off...we will be here forever ...we are here when you need us...and sometimes we are here when we think you need us...theres alot of love in this family.....the help I got yesteday about my son being bullied brought joy to my heart...God Bless YOU...lots of hugs love light and enpowerment.....Cherie

I realize I now have 2 families. It has taken a while for me to get somewhat better I love all of you!! Like my journal said awhile back I was in a deep deep deep dark place. GOD reached out to me in what I thought was my last moments here on earth. He made me realize what all I had and how far I have come. GOD is a powerful person and if he wants you to hear him you will.. My life and my kids life along with my wifes was like he held my hand and just took me on a journey through time it was very weird but also very emotional for me.. I am so glad I have reached out for the help I need I feel so much better now.. THANKYOU all it means so much to me :)
