this balloon boy story??
have you seen the news where that family was building that flying saucer in the back yard, and they let it go and they said they 6 year old on was on the inside??....it floated up to 2000 ft in the air and when in came back down the boy wasnt in it anymore???.......they found the boy hiding in the attic...
they were interviewed on the morning show ( i think it was him or cnn one of those stations ) and they asked the boy "how come when they called you, you didnt answer them back"......the boy looked at his dad and said "wasnt it all for the show?"......
so it is turning to look like a huge HOAX,......what is wrong with people.... has anyone seen it?

now i hear he is facing jail time!!.....i was watching the news and they had a vote going on who was the worst dad.... Jon Gosselin or "bubble boy "dad.....lol i dont really see jon being "that bad"....he is just moving on and its public, but he deff loved his kids....

I saw this family on Friday morning when i was leaving for work on Good Morning America. Diane Sawyer interviewed them and the family in my opinon were so RUDE!!!! Diane asked a question to the little boy, and his father gave such a dirty look to her!!! Like OMG you guys are bad parents!!!! Why in the blue he ll would you do these types of things with your kids?!?!?! I think the only reason they did this "STUNT" was to bring attention to them so everybody would watch there stupid balloon floating in the sky. I mean they cost so much money and so much of people's time looking for their son...and they showed no remourse on any of the TV shows!!!! Like they feel they weren't to be blamed for what happened! I really do beleive that this stunt was for some show. The father looks like the controlling dad type (i know we should not judge). I feel sorry for those kids.

It is a shame these kids have been taught from the cradle how to live by doing theses kind of things and they will not change now they are to old to change so sad for the parents to have no morals to teach the kids what is right and what is wrong. jo
If it turns out he is an abusive father, at least one good thing may come out of this. At least maybe the family can get the help they really need.
The 6 year old boy when asked by reporters at one point why he was hiding had turned to his father and said "You said this was for a show". That's why they're investigating this. Later, in two separate interviews when he was again asked why he hid the poor boy threw up. This should tell you all something. That child is terrified. I think they not only should investigate this as a hoax but also investigate how these children are being treated by their father because he sounds down right abusive. What a terrible thing to do to your kid, all because you want attention? Unbelievable.

They Should have to pay for this obvious abuse of our emergency services. Not to mention what a terrible example this man is to his children. I saw Wifeswap too and these poor kids act crazy and out of control because they are simply following the leader...

This story really bothered me also. I did my current event for school on this. The family was on "Wife Swap" and apparently, the kids were just crazy and out of control. I can't stand when people will do ANYTHING for attention. I believe that's exactly what they were doing...

yea they knew he was hiding.... the 6 year old told on his dad on national TV....and then did you see the clips of that SAME family on wife swap??...OMG those kids were cussing this lady out and just acting like animals...and the father was just an idiot with anger issues..... yes people do have sick minds.... i mean they put had a bunch of people looking for this kid....and his dad called 911 and everything AFTER calling the local news station FIRST!...the parents seriously claim to be from aliens...did you see his interview??....this family in constantly putting weird videos on youtube, even one of his 3 boys doing a rap song with the worst of the worst curse words.The family was bucking for a show on TLC, and were turned down. This was just a publicity stunt cooked up by idiots. They're nothing but publicity hounds, and I find it kind of sickening that they got all the publicity they did.
Reminds me of another story I heard a while ago when a college student ran away. The campus people and faculty all worked hard and worked together to find her only later to find out, she did it deliberately and it was all a hoax....

i saw that. i think it went as high as 20,000 ft. it's sickening that they wasted all those peoples time looking for their son when they KNEW where he was. what sick mind thinks of that stuff?
