URETEROSCOPIC LASER PAPILLOTOMY TO TREAT

Hi everyone.  Has anyone had this surgery done?  I am conimplating having it done by Dr. Wolf in Michigan, but I am just looking for some feedback from patients who had had the surgery.  I am hoping it will help, as I have passed 6 stones in the past couple of weeks, I constantly have flank pain and UTI's.  I have 2 boys (6 yr old and a 2 yr old).  My six year old asked when I would be able to play again cause I am always sick.  I spend most of my time alone crying because I don't want my family, friends and co-workers to think I am a baby.  I feel guilty because I know that many people have things worse than I do, so I try not to say much about it, but now that it is starting to affect my kids, I need to try to do anythig I can to be a better mom, a better wife, a better friend and a better employee.  It feels like there is no hope, but just maybe this surgery can give me some of my life back again, even if it is only temporary.  Please, any feedback, and again if anyone knows of a Uro in Canada that performs this surgery, please let me know.  Thanks

I actually found the article and info on Dr./ Wolf and went to Michigan and he performed it on both of my kidneys.  Once home my doctor gave me IV antibiotics because of the level of infection I fight daily.  The combination for me was life changing and gave me a great deal of my life back.

IS HE PLANNING TO DO BOTH SIDES OR ONE?

He told me about a Dr. In Canada back then for another patient but I have been unable to find that e-mail.I did e-mail the patient and hopefully I will hear back.  If you would like to talk to me before you ahve the surgery, please feel free!!
