Am I in Menopause

Hi,

I am a 52 year old female.  In the past 6 months, I have been having problem sleeping.  Originally, it was because of my hyperthyroid, but as I am on Methimazole for the past 3 1/2 months, I am back on track.  So I am suspecting I may be in Menopause.  I can't be completely sure since I don't have my period because I have IUD (Lietta placed in 2019).  The reason I placed a IUD was because of heavy bleeding and the frequency of period which came every 20-15 days.  I did a Follicle Stimulating Hormone test and it shows I have 64.8 mIU/mL.

If I am on Menopause, should I removed the IUD?  I know the IUD is a hormonal IUD, so it does provide me some amount of progestin.  I am not sure if this effect the FSH test.  Also is there any benefit to keep the IUD in me as it does provide the progestin hormone which I am lacking during the menopausal period.

Any advices would be great.

Thanks,
