I want to die

Hi everyone, I don't know how much more I can cope with all this, I have had problems all my life with pms sweating, mood swings depression anxiety the list goes on and on, had 3 children all born with problems harelip cleft palate, blindness in one eye and I kidney,  since I have been diagnosed with hashimotos  disease I have been reading a lot about it especially the pregnancy bit and the 3 main things for deformatives is the above,.
My concern is have I had trouble with my thyroid all my life and GPS have not picked it up.
Stared on thyroxine 4 years ago and hrt, I don't think the two like each other, hand combined tablets now have Merina coil fitted and on ostigel, if I take the two pumps of ostigel I go bonkers, and my thyroid levels drop.
I am not sleeping, I am angry and anxious hot and sweaty, have no interest in anything, not worked for 3 years as I am always sick, does anyone have menopause and hashimotos, and can advise what next, if it wasn't for my children I don't think I would be here.  Sorry for the doom and gloom on a Monday morning.

Hi thanks for the reply, I am getting no relief at all, I have had patches and tablets, none have worked all been continuous use with no break.
Keep having 2 day bleeds which is when I feel good the day before the bleed I cry a lot and have anxiety, then when I am bleeding nothing no sweats headaches panic nothing,
What's going on, do I need more or less, have coil fitted for the progestetone, testogel for libido which is not working.

One other thing - The ostigel may not be absorbing well for you. Has it improved symptoms at all? Some women say they need to dose their estrogen gel 2x per day - in the morning and at night - because it wears off too quickly. Also, some need 2 pumps in the a.m. and 2 pumps in the p.m. Your skin needs to be free of oil and lotion for good absorption.

Have you tried any other forms of estrogen such as a tablet or a patch?

When I have enough estrogen in my body, my emotional state is so much better (depression, irritability, and anxiety disappear), I sleep better, don't have hot flashes, etc. I wish it would help my hair and skin though!

Estrogen does tend to bind thyroid hormone. I don't know when you are taking your thyroid medication and applying your estrogen gel. But you should not do those at the same time or too close together. And you may just need to tweak dosages (a little more thyroid med or a little less estrogel). Hope you feel better soon.
