Menopausal spotting

I,had menopausal spotting last yr.Had D&C,no cancer.Now,brown spotting.Have ,to have another Ultra sound;done.Do,I need to worry? I,have apthry (thinning of the lining)

Hi;this is the 3thrd time,of spotting.Had transvaginal ultra sound,last yr.D&C,after. No,cancer.Yes;I do have the lining of utituus skrinking.

HI,
No there is no reason to panic and worry at the first evidence of spotting. However a follow up will be necessary. This can be in the form of an ultrasound scan and Pap smear.
