My aunt too has tried meditation but sometimes she can't seem to quiet her mind at all and find herself even more agitated. She is a great believer in meditation & mindfulness.Recently she has purchased a product called physicool that gives her instant relief. From last two months she is a little relaxed.

So you have been out sick for 6 weeks and going back to work soon? Did you have surgery?

Dear Lainysweeney May of the other post describe tiredness as part of menopause. It sounds like it time for you to see your doctor to check it out. Work is stressful enough with out menopause.
