This is common in menupause unfortunately, I get them too, some day worse than others. Go to the powersurge forums and you will see all about it there.

Hi.  I'm 43 and have tingling in my hands and feet.  I also have what you described as small shocks in the face and various parts of the body.  I think I'm experiencing pre-menopausal symptoms.  I'm seeing a neurologist and have had a few MRI's to rule out MS.  I really don't think it's anything to worry about, especially since you're going through menopause.  I think maybe our nerves are just really sensitive. I know mine are.  Also, there are, believe it or not, over 4 million inches of nerves in the human body!  Good luck

Hi slickaroo, I am not quite into menopause yet, but I get that tingling feeling too, especially in my toes. It feels something like a burning feeling.

I was asked if I had my sugar checked lately and my sugar is fine, so it's not that.
