I might be going through Menopause.

I has a hysterectomy in 2013. I am starting to be very emotional and having hot flashes.  I still have my ovaries. My problem is I just found out that my husband could possibly be bi polar. If it turns out that he is bi polar and I am going through menopause I don't know how we are going to be there for one another. I am really trying and I just find myself crying, or being very angry. Somebody please help me.

You could have blood work done to check your estrogen and FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) levels. The ovaries don't always function properly after a hysterectomy and may even shut down completely. Contrary to common knowledge, naturally menopausal ovaries continue producing hormones a woman's whole life. So HRT may be especially helpful to women whose ovarian function is compromised or absent.
