menopause

i'm 47 yrs old and going through menopause lot of thing going on in my life and no one seem to help me..having burning in my back just cant sleep so many unhappy feeling is going on can some help me please..

Hi im having my monthly and it seem to be only 2 to 3 days the same as last month but im feeling a little pain in pelvic area is that normal,i'm 48 years old

I am 48 and feel the same . .I've had a lot going on in the past and still do, I can identify.  .. maybe you can share what's going on . maybe I can be of some help. . . I need a friend also. . .(I'm alone by choice).... . write me if you want.

hi ,friend ,every female must  experience menopause .Menopause is the time in a woman's life when the function of the ovaries ceases.
After menopause , female should keep a good mood everyday. The most important is improve general health . Strenghening the immune system to resist disease .
