Fertility drops with age and at 54 it is very unlikely that you still have any natural fertility. Any chance of becoming pregnant naturally is probably 1 in a billion.

Some IVF clinics will take women who are 54. It would take a donor egg and a lot of money, but it's possible.
VERY unlikely, especially naturally anyway. There are some women who can, at your age, get pregnant but they would need medical intervention to do so. And the risk of miscarriage is so much higher, as well as the health risks to yourself. Most doctors would not recommend it due to your age.
