ED Solutions?

My husband is 61 and has always had erection issues, even when he was younger.  But now this, combined with his being quite small is making intercourse difficult.  It has gotten to where I will manually stimulate him to orgasm, just to avoid the frustration.  Even then his erection doesn't last the whole time.  He tried Viagra once and it did not seem to help much.  Is there anything else he can do, expecially with the added complications of HP  and Diabetes 2?

Sorry.  That's High Blood Pressure.  He takes meds for that too.  But those are great suggestions.  If he knows exercise will help, it might get his rear out of his easy chair!  Thanks!

I'm not sure what HP is, but type 2 diabetes is a tough one.  He needs to control his blood sugar very carefully.  Diabetes affects not only the vascular system, but the nerves too, so it's a double whammy.

When I worked for a urologist, they were doing a lot of penile prosthetic surgery, but those surgeries decreased because Viagra worked well for so many well.

More exercise will help with circulation. He should walk as fast as possible every day for 45 minutes.  I would normally recommend L-arginine to assist circulation, but I don't know if there is any contraindication for someone with diabetes.  You might talk to guys at the diabetes forum to get their suggestions.
