A severe pulling pain in belly pain to penis sharp after every ejaculation
Hello every body i am 28 years old male who is having a painfull pulling sensation in the belly button to my penis frequently , my symptoms are bad that i can not streatch,pee without the pulling pain, cought , or move during that episode at all , without having the same feeling pulling from where my pee coming out to my belly button , on peeing i bend forward and couldnt completely empty my my bladder only with dipping or if i release it at once pain will be horendous. So for this reason i walk like 80 years old person and as the reason of this that i canot stright myself because of the condition going on and of for a long time. I have got this for the first time on puberty when my first wet dreams started, since that time whenever i ejaculate i will get an episode of the above symptoms , if i don't ejaculate i could not get it for months but if for reason i masturbate or have a wet dream the symptom will surface within a days and on suprisinly way it will represent itself; for e.g some times i forget myself sitting long time and something tight wraping myself , or i am lying on the bed, or i were sleep and i will wake up, or on empty stomach and lying with stretched hard ; either way it will cause the pain and as a result i will go several times to the toilet bending forward really hard and sit bending and wait untill it passes. As a consequase of this for a long time of this condition since i can remember i have chronic back ache frequently. And because of that its severelly effecting my well being that i can not use my manhood at all or i will get punishment. So enough with talking ,what i am asking is that is there any body here who feels exactly like me after ejaculating sperm with masturbation, sex or after wet dream who get the pain as a result of that i know that i am not alone some one must felt the same . It sounds like you might have a hernia, and maybe something with your prostate, but you need to see your doctor.

One time i want but they thought appendices and they removed it, but then nobody believe in me at all even doctors laugh at me when i told them the above thing so i was wondering any body who got this and got a treatment what was it could i for one day apple to use my manhood without having this punishment i am reallt helppless .

Are you close to any big hospitals? I would make a plan to go to one. Ejaculate, get the pain you get, and then go to the hospital when you are in your worst pain so they can see it. Make sure it's a large hospital in a big city - they are usually the most modern, and might be less likely to laugh at you.

Yes within days or the nexr day the timing varies , but within weak it happens , i really feel bad about ejaculation that i don't masturbate or have sex i avoid but my body don't respond i am having a wet dreams that keeps happening weekly on a times than the pain will come within days , and its like my body trying to tell me i should release my waters(sp**m), i am in constant fight with my sexuall desire that i use the extremes to not sexully arouse at all ,i will definatetly will go to hospital the idea of having the pain make my so much depressed and at the same time very tired but i will definately try this to convince doctors at least you get my point thanks for your advice
I mean During the episode i cant pee without having the severe pulling pain if i release my urine like normal the pain will be severe and some times i thought i will faint because of pain i stop it and then get back again to finish it, (this pain on peeing happens on during the episode not on every time , also i can not stand straight at all or i will have the pain the pain is on scale 10.10 i canot stay staight one second , after hours like 3 hours sitting bending the pain will pass and on times it continue for more hours the longest were 5 hours

It's okay to ejaculate - some men do it several times a day. Some men do it a couple of times a month - it varies from man to man, but it's all okay. It's a normal part of how your body works. If you are trying to hold it back, and are hurting yourself because of it, don't do that anymore.
When you become sexually aroused, and your penis becomes erect, that's normal. That's part of your body functions. If you don't ejaculate, your penis should become flaccid (soft) after awhile if you are no longer aroused.
If you do ejaculate - release your sperm - your penis will become flaccid again. Is that when you get the pain?
Do you think you can no longer feel bad about it emotionally? Maybe that will help the physical pain? If you are ejaculating and not trying to hold anything back, and still having pain, it's important that you get that checked out.

Yes i feel bad, i regrets if ever i couldn't resist the urge to masturbate and did it and ejaculate, because my mine knows the pain and the suffering it will cause and so its like a roller coaster from the pain and after pain passess i promise myself to never do it again , and sometimes when i keep my promise for months the cycle is break by wet dream which also brings the pain and its a fiscouse cycle which never ends .
No its not immediately after ejaculation: being on flaccid and beinf erect dont make it difference but when the pain comes i cant even catch it with two fingures because it gets very small because of pain. On ejaculation first i will feel relaxed, then after days i will feel slight pressure arround my groin , then suddenly from no where, days or hours later i will get this pain generally on sitting and standing up i suddenly feel the crushing pain and that is when i know it and sit down, but it never miss me whenever ejaculation i will have the pain sooner or later , so for that reason my whole body is on alert and when i got it and start bending myself and going to the toilet back and forth on bending position with releasing small amount of urine and coming back to room sit and after few minutes get back to toilet release little bit untill it finishes all and avoid any liquid inorder to avoid long suffering, untill when my bladder completely finish i feel relaxed, and sit in the grounding bending for hour then it passes.
If i double ejaculation no problem but what is remarkable is a little pain i felt after ejaculating which is short timing seconds and dissappear but the fulk blown pain is within days double ejaculating will make more pain and quick and cut it to like half a day from the previouse time period by . Can you see a urologist? There's something that's connecting this - ejaculation, urination, standing, etc., and it could be your prostate, a hernia, your bladder - I don't know, but a urologist might be able to figure it out.
If you ejaculate today, can you go to the hospital on Sunday or Monday? I don't mean to bring you pain, but you've suffered for so long already. You deserve to get an answer if you have access to a large hospital near you.

Yes true that is good idea a urologist i never been before urologist i will go for an appointment on it thanks dear for advice I really appreciate your kindness i will sure do it it as soon as i got the appointment i will on purpose make it , and if i find a diagnosis, I will post so to give any one who may got it and needs help will see it.
Patent urachus? Have the doctor check for this.
